MaxYield Linear Nesting Software is an advanced program designed to calculate cutting lists to efficiently cut the specified list of parts from available stock. It is a “one dimensional” nesting program in that it is only concerned with length. This means that MaxYield Linear Nesting Software can be used in any application where known lengths of material must be cut from available stock. Some of the potential applications are structural steel and pipe, as well as flat, rod or bar stock.

The Built-in editor allows you to easily create and change your lists of parts to be nested and stock to be used to calculate a cutting list. For more advanced users, you can even create your parts and stock lists outside of MaxYield. This allows easy integration with your material management systems like JIT (Just-In-Time) and MRP (Material Resource Planning).

With MaxYield Linear Nesting Software, you can quickly evaluate the material utilization of the same list of parts with different stock lists. What was once a tedious task can now be accomplished in seconds.
