Gullets loading up with material

Probable Cause:

1. Too fine of a tooth pitch - insufficient gullet capacity.
2. Excessive feeding rate producing too large of a chip.
3. Worn, missing or improperly positioned chip brush.
4. Insufficient cutting fluid due to inadequate supply, improper ratioand/or improper application.
