Wear on both sides of teeth. The side of teeth on both sides of band haveheavy wear markings.

Probable Cause:

  1. Broken, worn or missing back-up guides allowing teeth to contactside guides.
  2. Improper side guides for band width.
  3. Backing the band out of an incomplete cut.
