Our manual single sided cheek benders are designed to save money.  Money is saved by using our original idea for operation from the front of the machine only.

These machines will bend cheeks (flanges) in the throat of a square elbow as well as on blanks/flats.  Although we refer to bending on either the right or left side of the machine, some refer to the machine as having an open throat.

Standard Features include, but are not limited to:

• One adjustable back gauge
• Bending any acute angle up to and including true 90° .
• Single sided machines may be bench or column mounted.
• They make great additions to service trucks for on-site jobs because of the limited space requirement of the single sided cheek bender
• Will a bend 1/4 inch to 1 inch cheek (flange, drive) on a piece of
  up to 30 inches on up to 18 gauge mild steel or equivalent.
• Safety: Since single sided cheekbenders are manually operated and pinch points are minimized, no safety "guards" are included.
