- Automatic Microcomputer Feed Rate Adjustment
- The feed speed on Nitto's automatic drilling machines is controlled by an on board microcomputer. the feed rate begins slowly and then icreases to the appropriate speed for the cutter size and load condition.
- Automatic Stop Feature
- When an abnormally large load is placed on the cutter, the feed motor stops automatically to prevent the cutter from becoming overloaded and breaking.
Voltage should remain constant in order to maintain accurate readings from the load detection display. Using remote generators can make this display malfunction due to voltage fluctuation's.Auto-Return FunctionAvailable on the QA Series only. Once drilling completed and the slug is ejected from the hole, the cutting bit is quickly retracted. This quick drill motor retraction allows the user to move onto the next hole more quickly.Limit SwitchAvailable on the QA Series only. When the drill has reached to the top of its stroke, a limit switch stops the drill motor. There is also a limit switch at the bottom of the drill stroke in case the auto return function has not been activated. |
