Our Heavy Duty Mechanical Structure...

Constructed from a heavy duty extrusion that runs the full length
of each drive unit

Utilizes support legs connected directly to an extrusion made
from a 5" cross section U - channel and 2" x 4" x 1/4" steel wall tubing mounted
on a 9" x 6" x 1/2" welded base

Incorporates gauge stops located on 24" centers and travel 24"
from front to rear in unison

Total gauging ranges are: 72", 120" or 144" with operator selectable
stops

Special display panel indicators designate which stop to use
for dimension programmed

Standard equipment includes an adjustable squaring arm constructed
from 5/8" x 4" cold rolled steel machined on all four sides that typically mounts
on the drive unit on the left side of shear

Heavy duty spring loaded gauging fingers are supplied as standard
equipment

Optional air activated gauging fingers can be added that automatically
elevate gauge stops at programmed dimensions

An optional 6' ball transfer can be added to either side of
drive rails to ease material handling
