Standard Features:
Lower rolls adjusted by hydraulic cylinders.
Leveling system insuring parallelism of both side rolls
and providing tilt control.
Each lower roll adjusting system provided with sufficient
power to prebend up to full rated capacity plate.
Independent high efficiency planetary gear reduction units
directly coupled to all three roll forgings.
Spherical, anti-friction, roller bearings provided on all
roll forging journals.
Variable speed control from 0' to 14' per minute.
Automatic self-locking hinge actuated by hydraulic cylinder.
Operator machine functions are located in a movable type
pendant.
Emergency stop button located on the pendant, and emergency
stop cable located on the front and rear of the machine.
Electrical disconnect with lock-out feature for operator
safety.
Machine capable of 230/3/60 or 440/3/60 electrical characteristics
(one voltage must be specified.)
Complete hydraulic unit including all necessary valves
and plumbing.
Machine wired and read for operator after incoming power
lines are connected.
