• One position back gauge set at 7/16 or 1 inch
• One 180° bend angle setting
• Heat treated back gauge fingers to accommodate for plasma cut sheet metal edges
• Slotted table bar (with fingers) for box and pan manufacturing
• Heat treated bending bar to accommodate plasma cut edges
• Built using heavy weight sheet metal  the LION Open Throat Cleat Bendercan bend up
  to 30 inches of up to 20 gauge mild steel or its equivalent. Drive hems can be 7/16 inches
   to 1 inch wide.

Optional Features include, but are not limited to:

• Solid bending bar to discourage bend dimples 

Safety:

LION Cleat Benders come equipped with all guards in place and ready for operation. Connect 90-100 PSI up to the machine when it arrives and begin bending.  As the signs on our machines say…KEEP GUARDS IN PLACE…we cannot stress this enough!
